The menu of the day includes appetizer and vegetables buffet. First course, second course and dessert will be served at the table. The abundant international breakfast buffet with sweet and savoury dishes.
One night a week you can attend the typical candlelight dinner. For the occasion the dining room staff will wear the typical local clothes, all to make you live more, the pleasant atmosphere of the authentic Trentino restaurant!

Our staff will be at parents’ disposal for the preparation of meals for the little ones. You will also find high chairs and special cutlery.

Every day we prepare a snack for the children at 4:00 pm. Two afternoons a week we offer a snack for everyone with local cakes and fruit juices.

Cooking with the hotel chefs with Mom and Dad? At the Hotel Rosa degli Angeli you can! Here the children become pizzaioli! One afternoon a week the little guests, together with our staff, will prepare their favourite pizza, cook it and snack with their “product”.
To reward them for their excellent work, they will receive a well-deserved certificate from the cooking course.

The aperitif, an essential tradition in many regions of Italy, a way to meet with friends, to relax after a day of work, or simply to exchange opinions. And then because it’s so pleasant, we didn’t really feel the need to give up when you’re on holiday! At the Hotel Rosa degli Angeli, the aperitif is a serious matter: appetizers, finger food, local cold cuts and cheeses, fresh pastries and many excellent combinations for your moments of relaxation … even on holiday!

We love wine and for this reason we collect in our cellar national and especially Trentino wines. We have selected for you the best Trentino organic wines that you can taste not only at dinner, but also in our cellar.
Once a week we organize a tasting, before dinner, the Aperidegustativo, during which you will have the opportunity to taste different local products such as wines, cheeses and cold cuts (with a small supplement).
During the warm season we usually visit some local producers, to see where our specialties come from… and of course to taste!
