The total amount of the deposit will be withheld if the cancellation of the reservation occurs up to 21 days before arrival; if the cancellation occurs from 20 to 10 days before arrival the hotel will ask for an amount equal to 50% of the price of the stay; from 9 to 1 day before arrival 75%; No show 100%
In case of early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged as an indemnity.

The hotel declines any responsibility in case of theft, loss or degradation of unattended personal items. Each room is equipped with a safe. The hotel also declines any responsibility for the vehicles and their contents that are parked on the car park and in the garage.
